The Trinity Care Cloud is a patient-centered system that was born with the concept of "making your home a safe, secure and comfortable hospital room."
It contributes to solving problems in home care by enabling communication between teams including patients and their families, sharing of care information that occurs in a multidisciplinary team, realization of multidisciplinary conferences and online medical care using online meetings, and remote medication guidance.
