We process and assemble parts related to medical equipment, and process and assemble parts for stents, endoscopes, and various forceps.
We are particularly good at microfabrication of difficult-to-cut metals and special metal materials such as nitinol, cobalt chrome, titanium, and stainless steel.
Strength
- We perform in-house integrated processing and assembly of processes such as parts processing, assembly, polishing, and surface treatment.
- Blank manufacturing specializes in microfabrication and enables turning with the smallest diameter (φ0.06).
- For assembly, it is possible to use joining technology such as laser welding and caulking.
- Barrel polishing (dry / wet), buffing, electrolysis, chemical polishing, etc. are possible.
- The surface treatment can be mass-produced mainly with gold plating and Ni plating.
